Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities Perform full life cycle recruitment from requisition through offer acceptance, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout. Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, referral networks, and recruitment events. Evaluate resumes, conduct initial phone/video screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams. Build and maintain active pipelines for qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Create compelling job postings and promote Cloudforce’s opportunities across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, etc.). Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices. Support and facilitate offer discussions, ensuring competitive compensation packages. Maintain accurate recruiting records, status reports, and documentation of recruitment activities. Coordinate employment verification for candidates, as needed. Represent Cloudforce at career fairs and recruitment-focused events; network with local education institutions to attract junior talent. Maintain and report on open requisition statuses. Assist in the coordination of internship programs, including intern recruitment. Periodically review recruitment practices for efficiency and scalability. Assist with other human resources related tasks and employee engagement events. Requirements 1-2 years of professional recruitment or project management experience, ideally with a focus on technical roles such as software developers, cloud engineers, or related disciplines. Working knowledge of software development and/or cloud technologies (e.g., programming languages, frameworks, Azure/AWS/GCP) preferred. Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive technical talent using LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and other modern sourcing techniques. Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation. Effective communication, written and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Sense of urgency with the ability to respond and follow through in a timely and efficient manner. Ambition and motivation to achieve results. #J-18808-Ljbffr
