Payroll Specialist
Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Eurofins seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage weekly and biweekly payroll processing for US employees using Oracle HCM Cloud and ADP systems. The role involves payroll administration, employee inquiries, garnishment processing, year-end reporting, and process improvement recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Execute full weekly and biweekly payroll processes including garnishment and off-cycle payments
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll issues and employee pay inquiries
- Perform year-end reporting tasks including W-2 processing and reconciliation reviews
- Utilize Oracle HCM Cloud and ADP systems to complete payroll tasks
- Assist with integration of new companies and recommend system improvements
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years payroll administration experience
- Multi-state payroll experience
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with payroll systems and accounting programs preferred
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality management
