Pay: $23/hour + overtime
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM start

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Field Service & Customer Sales Representative to join our San Gabriel team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll learn our business from the ground up while developing the service, technical, and relationship-building skills needed to eventually manage your own customer route.

What You'll Do

After paid training, you'll work in the field servicing restaurants and commercial kitchens throughout the area. You'll:

• Service customers along an assigned route
• Deliver and restock cleaning and sanitation products
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on commercial dishwashing equipment
• Build relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and staff
• Identify customer needs and opportunities for additional products or services
• Work independently in the field using a company vehicle
• Learn the skills needed to progress into managing your own customer route

No two days are exactly the same. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the move, working with their hands, solving problems, and interacting with customers.

Pay & Schedule

• $23/hour
• Typically 40–45 hours per week , with overtime paid at applicable rates
• Estimated annual earnings: $48,000–$57,000+ , depending on overtime and on-call hours
• Monday–Friday schedule with a 7:00 AM start
• On-call rotation approximately once every 7–9 weeks
