We are seeking an experiencedNPI Project Managerto lead New Product Introduction (NPI)projectswithin a medical device manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams,projecttimelines, product launches, and manufacturing readiness activities from development through commercialization. Key Responsibilities Lead and manageNPIprojectsfor medical device products. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory. Driveprojecttimelines, budgets, riskmanagement, and deliverables. Support product transfer, process development, and manufacturing scale-up activities. Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and quality system requirements. Trackprojectprogress and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field. 10+ years ofproject managementexperience in medical device manufacturing. Strong knowledge ofNPI, product lifecyclemanagement, and manufacturing operations. Experience working in regulated FDA/GMP environments.
