Position: Business Development Director (Remote – North Carolina Only) Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor | Commission-Only | Full-Time Role Overview As a Business Development Director, you’ll prospect and close deals with business owners and executives across North Carolina , focusing on key metro areas such as Raleigh, Charlotte, Greensboro, Durham, and Wilmington . You’ll manage your own book of business remotely, supported by HubSpot CRM , a full contact database, and ongoing leadership guidance from the Owner. This role is ideal for high-performing professionals who enjoy working independently while being part of a global organization with a local, team‑oriented culture.
