The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in commercial construction finance to join its executive team. The CFO will be a key player in the organization's financial operations, providing the necessary vision, insight, and leadership to support the company's growth and expansion. This role demands a professional with over 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience in the commercial construction industry, including a deep understanding of construction accounting, WIP reporting, job costing, and cash flow management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all financial functions, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning, and managing various financial aspects such as banking relationships, bonding capacity, and insurance programs. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a proven track record of partnering with executive leadership on strategic planning and organizational growth. Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills are essential, as is experience with construction ERP systems. The role also requires the ability to strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and reporting capabilities, as well as to mentor and develop the accounting and finance team. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and a CPA designation is preferred.
