Security Officer - Clinic Facility Patrol Driver

Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Fri – 02:30 PM to 11:00 PM; Sat – 02:30 PM to 11:00 PM; Sun – 02:30 PM to 11:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Screen patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors at designated access points while following site protocols for entry, visitor processing, and restricted area access. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report details according to site guidelines. Assist with monitoring entrances, lobbies, and high‑traffic areas to help deter unauthorized access and support orderly movement throughout the location. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting conditions, documenting concerns, and communicating security‑related issues to appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements: Must be able to work in a hospital morgue environment. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital environment. A current guard card and/or license is preferred. The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
