Patrol Supervisor (Armed) MA-LTC Required

Alliance Detective & Security Service, Inc, seeks to hire armed Patrol Supervisor who are friendly, professional and have customer service and security experience. Patrol Supervisors conduct site/post inspections for safety and security concerns as well as inspecting guards on duty; being responsible for reinforcing post orders, policy and procedures. Work shifts: Part-time and full-time opportunities. We are looking for candidates that have flexibility with second and third shifts. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be available 2 shifts per week and at least one weekend day per week. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or equivalent 19+ years of age Valid Drivers' License and Personally Owned Vehicle MA-LTC (employment or no restrictions) Verifiable training in "how to shoot" (military or law enforcement) Must possess personal firearm (9mm or 40cal) 1 year of security experience Capable of following complex instructions Knowledge of security operations and procedures Flexible work availability Command presence Excellent written and verbal communication skills Personal cell phone (to call on and off duty with our dispatch center) Personal e-mail (to accept and confirm shift assignments) Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation Ability to pass a CORI/SORI check ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS: Maintain access control to a secure facility Maintain a fully accurate log during your shift Report Writing Conflict management/resolution Emergency/Incident Response BENEFITS: Paid Time Off (PTO) Potential for Upward Mobility On-the-Job Training Uniforms Alliance is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
