Mailroom Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a professional and detail‑oriented Mailroom Associate for a contract/temporary opportunity in Washington, DC. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands‑on, customer‑facing office support position and has experience with mailroom operations, shipping and receiving, production printing, scanning, and general workplace services. Key Responsibilities Process incoming and outgoing shipments using USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, and other carrier systems. Manage packages, mail, copy and print jobs, scanning requests, and related production support tasks. Restock copy centers, pantry areas, hospitality stations, and office supply areas to maintain a professional workplace environment. Respond to emails and fulfill client requests for supplies, office support, and general workplace services. Assist with meeting setup, office setup, reception backup, and hospitality‑related tasks as needed. Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workspace while supporting multiple priorities throughout the day. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $40,500.00 to $41,500.00 per year.
