- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to drive accuracy and efficiency
- Stable accounting environment with the opportunity to improve processes and controls
- Create and maintain vendor records in SAP, including W‑9 management
- Process ACH, wire, and check payments and send remittances
- Resolve AP discrepancies with vendors and internal departments
- Manage 1099 annual filings involving large data sets
- Oversee AP and fixed asset postings in SAP
- Serve as an AR backup
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in Accounts Payable
- Proficiency in SAP (preferred) and strong Excel skills
