Senior Accountant

What You’ll Do Own the Numbers Prepare timely, GAAP‑compliant financial statements Oversee accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and vendor records Support payroll processing in collaboration with HR Lead the Close Drive month‑end and year‑end close activities Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies Ensure Compliance Maintain adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations Implement and uphold strong internal controls Scale with Us Collaborate with accounting teams across multiple sites Help integrate newly acquired practices into OMS360’s financial systems Support Strategic Growth Deliver financial insights and monthly reporting to senior leadership and PE stakeholders Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance CPA license (active or inactive) strongly preferred Public accounting (audit) experience preferred Bonus if you’ve worked in private equity, M&A, or multi‑site healthcare Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Familiarity with Sage Intacct and Stampli a plus Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail Excellent communication and time management skills Why OMS360 At OMS360, you’ll join a purpose‑driven team with the infrastructure and capital to move quickly, backed by Shore Capital Partners, one of the most successful and founder‑friendly private equity firms in the U.S. We invest in our people, offer real growth opportunities, and believe in building something better—together.
