About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Construction to spearhead its expanding multifamily and commercial construction operations. This executive leadership role demands a candidate with a robust, hands-on background in delivering multifamily projects and a proven ability to scale construction operations across various projects and markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading construction operations, providing executive oversight from preconstruction to project closeout, and developing and enhancing construction systems and processes to support the company's growth. Building and leading high-performing teams, establishing a strong construction culture, and managing relationships with subcontractors and trade partners are also key aspects of the position. Applicants for the Vice President of Construction role at the company should possess significant multifamily construction experience, a strong understanding of the full construction lifecycle, and a track record of successful leadership in large-scale multifamily developments.
