About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Construction with a strong background in multifamily development. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and scaling the construction operations of the company, with a focus on apartments, townhomes, and mixed-use residential projects. This executive role demands a leader with a proven track record in the multifamily sector, from preconstruction and budgeting to construction, turnover, and closeout. The VP of Construction will provide executive oversight across the entire construction lifecycle, ensure the delivery of projects on schedule and within budget, and maintain the quality standards expected of a premier developer/builder. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Construction include overseeing multiple concurrent projects, developing scalable construction systems, and processes, and building and mentoring high-performing construction teams. The role also involves establishing strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners, as well as partnering with executive leadership on development strategy and operational improvements.
