General Manager

The employer is an independent franchise offering a General Manager position at a McDonald’s licensed restaurant. The franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for all employment matters. Starting Pay Minimum $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Monthly bonus potential. McDonald’s experience is a plus. Responsibilities The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The role includes: Setting restaurant goals with leadership and creating plans to achieve them. Leading a team of Department Managers, setting their goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching and direction. Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build the future team. Qualifications Ideal candidates should: Have previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations. Possess a background in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail.
