Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-4:30 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Overtime available as needed
Ultimate Staffing is hiring a Client Services Associate for our client in West Sacramento!
What You'll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for client requests and inquiries
- Manage project timelines and coordinate workflows
- Communicate project updates and ensure deadlines are met
- Work closely with internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service and problem resolution
- Maintain accurate records and project documentation
What We're Looking For
- Project management or project coordination experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Print and mail industry experience is highly desired
