As the Sales Director, you’ll play a pivotal part in delivering an unmatched ownership experience through personalized client engagement and seamless collaboration to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities : 

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Engage prospective clients through events, digital channels, and referrals working alongside our Florida East Team. 

• Lead the Sales & Brokerage Administrator Program & Team 
• Onboard new Sales Directors, Brokers & Support Staff 
• Develop and manage Data Entry Specialist & Support Interns 
• Salesforce/Account Engagement/Maps/Windfall training program- ongoing  
• Monitor Marketing and Sales KPIs 

Market Strategy: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences in the luxury yacht segment. 

• Point person to Salesforce and Salesforce Consultants 
• CRM Management (Salesforce, Pardot and Maps) to generate, distribute, and report on leads  
• Campaign Management: Improve and develop current lead generation campaigns; strategize for future campaigns. 

Client Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, owners, and representatives. Uphold brand standards in all client interactions, communications, and events. 

Collaboration: Communicate with Hinckley Yacht locations and internal teams to streamline sales processes. 

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets. 
• Strong understanding of the yachting and boating industry.  
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other software tools. 
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build long-term relationships. 
• Prior experience in the luxury market (a plus).
