MIG Welder | 1st Shift | Overtime Available Build Heavy Equipment That Matters

We’re hiring MIG Welders to join a growing manufacturing team building small and large industrial equipment . If you’re a hands-on welder who can read prints and take pride in quality work, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a stable, high-demand environment.

• Perform MIG welding on small and large machinery and structural components
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and shop orders
• Work from assembly prints and pick lists to complete builds accurately
• Operate overhead and jib cranes to safely move materials and finished products
• Weld in multiple positions (flat, vertical, horizontal)
• Inspect your work to ensure quality and minimize scrap

• MIG welding experience (or recent welding school grads welcome)
• Ability to read basic blueprints and weld symbols
• Comfort working with measuring tools and fractions
• Ability to weld in multiple positions
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

• Experience with heavy or custom fabrication
• Familiarity with overhead cranes
• Experience fitting parts or working with assembly processes

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Overtime available based on production needs
• Work in a large manufacturing shop with heavy equipment
• Use of cranes, weld stations, and fabrication tools daily

This is a Permanent position based out of Crystal Lake, IL.

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $52000.00/yr.

Benefits include competitive pay, health, dental and life insurance, tuition reimbursement, 401(K) with company match. They also have a HSA and FSA for employees (Benefits are attached). Double Time paid after 50 hours worked.

This is a fully onsite position in Crystal Lake,IL.

This position is anticipated to close on Jun 17, 2026.
