Are you outgoing, motivated, and energized by meeting new people? BRZY is looking for driven individuals to join our growing team as Door-to-Door Appointment Setters .
In this role, you'll connect with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods, introduce BRZY's innovative home battery and solar energy solutions, and schedule qualified appointments for our Energy Consultants. Your ability to build rapport and spark interest will play a key role in helping homeowners discover smarter, more reliable energy solutions.

BRZY helps homeowners achieve greater energy independence through advanced battery storage systems and seamless solar integration. As a Certified Tesla Powerwall installer, BRZY designs and installs customized energy solutions that provide reliable backup power, reduce electricity costs, and help families prepare for power outages while supporting a more sustainable future. From the initial consultation through installation and ongoing support, BRZY is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
Canvass assigned neighborhoods and communities to introduce BRZY's home energy solutions.
Engage homeowners through professional, face-to-face conversations.
Educate prospective customers on the benefits of battery storage, backup power, and solar integration.
Build rapport and generate interest through consultative conversations.
Identify qualified homeowners who may benefit from BRZY's products.
Schedule appointments for Energy Consultants to conduct in-home consultations.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and scheduled appointments.
Consistently achieve daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.
Represent the BRZY brand with professionalism and integrity.
