Accounts Receivable Specialist

Role: Accounts Receivable Specialist within Rakuten Rewards' Finance team, managing a high-volume portfolio of customer, advertiser, and agency accounts to optimize cash flow through end-to-end collections including outreach, dispute resolution, and unapplied cash management. Responsibilities oversee billing accuracy, analyze receivables data, resolve payment disputes, generate reports, perform reconciliations, and improve collection processes. build relationships with agency and affiliate partners while maintaining detailed records across platforms like Oracle and Salesforce. Requirements 3+ years in accounts receivable or collections, experience with agency or affiliate billing structures, proficiency with systems such as Oracle, Tesorio, or HighRadius, strong Excel skills, and prior experience in marketing or agency ecosystems preferred. Qualifications Bachelor's degree; 2-4 years' relevant experience required, with 5-7 years preferred; CPA or CFA certifications are a plus. High-Value experience with agency-managed billing, affiliate marketing, and performance marketing; familiarity with collections KPIs such as DSO and aging; understanding of complex payout structures and dispute management.
