We also focus on the safe, efficient, and professional delivery of deicing and anti-icing services to our carrier customers.Position Overview:Inland is looking for a high-performing Sales Representative to grow our Winter Operations business across North America. This is a true “hunter” role focused on identifying, pursuing, and winning new business while strategically expanding key accounts. You’ll build and own your pipeline, open doors with targeted prospects, and position Inland’s specialized services as the go-to solution in a competitive market.What You'll Do:Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunitiesBuild, manage, and convert a strong, self-generated sales pipelineEngage decision-makers, uncover needs, and deliver tailored, high-impact solutionsLead presentations, proposals, and negotiations to win new contractsNavigate and resolve challenges throughout the sales cycle to close deals efficientlyStay sharp on market trends, competitor positioning, and industry developmentsRepresent Inland at key industry events and networking opportunitiesExtensive travel across North America (and occasionally internationally), often on short noticeWhat You Bring:5+ years of proven B2B sales, preferable in aviation, logistics, or service-based environmentsProven track record of winning new business and exceeding targetsStrong experience building and managing a sales pipeline from scratch, including prospecting, cold outreach, and lead generationSkilled in consultative selling, with the ability to uncover customer needs and position tailored solutionsProficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and disciplined in maintaining accurate pipeline and activity trackingStrong business acumen with the ability to understand market dynamics, customer challenges, and competitive positioningExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsPost-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is considered an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint
