Location: Riviera Beach, FL

Pay Rate: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Manufacturing Associate / Machine Operator to join our production team in Riviera Beach, FL. In this role, you will support daily manufacturing operations by operating production equipment, performing assembly tasks, assisting with shipping activities, and ensuring products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing experience, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and productivity.

• Operate production machines that have been properly set up and prepared for use.
• Perform routine manufacturing and production tasks according to work instructions.
• Prepare, load, and unload materials and components for production.
• Assemble products and perform basic manufacturing operations.
• Conduct in-process quality inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Verify materials, certifications, and production documentation for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and routing instructions.
• Assist team members to maximize machine uptime and production efficiency.
• Support shipping, packaging, and other production-related activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to use or learn precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and willing to work in multiple areas of the manufacturing facility.

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn additional equipment and machine operations.
• Ability to maintain productivity while meeting quality standards.
• Flexibility to work overtime or adjusted schedules based on production demands.
