Position: Roofers and General Laborers

In this role, you'll work alongside an experienced crew, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to high-quality roof installations, repairs, and re-roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform labor on commercial roofing projects, including tear-offs, re-roofing, and roof repairs.
• Install and maintain various roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, Built-up, Modified Bitumen, and Metal roofing.
• Assist with the installation of metal roofing components such as flashing, wall panels, fascia, and soffits.

Qualifications:

• Hardworking, reliable, and punctual.
• Enjoy working outdoors and with tools.
• Willingness to learn and work safely.
• Comfortably working at heights and climbing ladders.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• A valid driver's license or reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to travel out of state as needed for certain projects.
