divh2Manufacturing Technician 1/h2pOur client, a Life Sciences Biotech company, is looking for a Manufacturing Technician 1 for their St. Louis, MO location./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliSet-up and operation of processing equipment such as Filter Integrity testing, Watson Marlow pumps, Autoclaves, and High throughput Bag Line./liliDelivers products to Warehouse via motorized pallet jack./liliPerform production operations, such as, Hand fill, prepping fill equipment and Aseptic gowning and qualification./liliClean up equipment and working areas after production operations./liliCoordinate appropriate disposal of waste and complete compliance documentation/liliCommunicate the status of production operations/equipment and bring deviations to attention of supervisor./liliProvide a complete and accurate batch record at the conclusion of production operations consistent with quality guidelines./liliExecute batch records in SAP./liliEnsure all applicable logbooks have been filled out completely./liliFollow production procedures and safety policies at all time./liliUse, clean, and store all personal protective gear appropriately./liliLabel all in process equipment and containers properly./liliTake action and resolve any unsafe conditions./liliParticipate in safety and quality training activities./liliSupporting all activities of Manufacturing Tech 1, communicate and document status processes, products, and equipment./liliPerform In-Process assays./liliSetup, dispense, and package technically challenging products./li/ulh3Requirements:/h3ulliMinimum Qualifications:/liliHigh School Diploma or GED./liliSAP experience/liliSome college/Associates would be preferred/liliAseptic Technique experience/liliTimeliness and punctuality is a must/liliOsmometer or pipetting experience preferred/lili1 + years manufacturing experience./liliKnowledge in chemistry, mathematics, and science./liliExperience with safe chemical handling methods./liliEffective oral and written communication skills./liliGood computer, mechanical, troubleshooting, and organization./li/ulh3Why Should You Apply?/h3ulliHealth Benefits/liliReferral Program/liliExcellent growth and advancement opportunities/li/ulpICONMA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
