From shaping briefs and creative through to launch, optimisation and evaluation, this role position plays a key role in delivering brand campaigns in a fast-paced team.What will I be doing?Insight & briefing – Bring together audience insight, previous campaign learnings and channel trends to help develop clear marketing briefs, objectives and KPIs.Support the development and production of compelling creative, working with agencies and our internal Creative Studio across multiple channels, coordinating timings, feedback, approvals and campaign set-up.Work with media agencies to brief against objectives, review channel plans, coordinate feedback and monitor performance, helping to optimise campaigns in-flight.Support campaign reporting and evaluation, turning results and learnings into recommendations that help make future campaigns even better.Work collaboratively with teams across the organisation and external agencies, partners and suppliers to deliver great campaigns, share best practice and drive results.Lead the team’s monthly finance process, including raising POs, receipting, reconciliation and monitoring spend against budget.What are we looking for?Campaign delivery – Experience in delivering multi-channel campaigns and prioritising tasks from briefing through to execution, optimisation and reporting.Creative, media & brand – Experience working with agencies to develop and deliver multi-channel campaign activity.
