Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical projects involving plumbing, HVAC, and piping systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and industrial construction, with the ability to manage multiple trades, schedules, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage subcontractors, field crews, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution
• Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and owners to resolve design and field issues
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and contract requirements
• Lead project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Support estimating and procurement efforts during preconstruction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
• 7+ years of experience managing plumbing, HVAC, and piping systems on large commercial or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, construction sequencing, and trade coordination
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
