Clinical Support Specialist

To support a growing healthcare technology company, the part-time Clinical Support Specialist will engage with patients, providers, and pharmacies via phone to optimize patient outcomes and deliver clinical services while working remotely in a call center-style environment. Key Responsibilities Engaging patients over the phone to explain clinical programs and benefits while managing a consistent volume of outbound and inbound calls Accurately documenting all interactions and interventions in the software platform and escalating medication-related issues to a pharmacist Following up with healthcare providers and patients to resolve clinical issues and concerns, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to performance metrics Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or a related field preferred; relevant healthcare certification is a plus Knowledge of basic medical terminology and medication names (brand and generic) Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace and the ability to navigate multiple browser-based systems Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and a commitment to documentation accuracy Ability to work 40 hours per week within company operating hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment
