We're seeking dependable Shipping & Receiving Associates to join our growing warehouse team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring materials are received, stored, and shipped accurately while supporting daily production operations.

What You'll Do

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials.
• Pick, stage, and move products for production and outbound shipments.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
• Supply materials to production areas to keep operations running smoothly.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet shipping and production goals.

What We're Looking For

Previous forklift experience is required. At least 1 year of Shipping & Receiving or Warehouse experience. Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and material handling. Ability to lift, move, and stage materials throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of Shipping & Receiving experience.
• Manufacturing or distribution warehouse experience.
• Experience using warehouse management or shipping systems.
• Order picking and inventory management experience.

Schedule Options

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM

Additional overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orangeburg, NY.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
