New Sales Development Strategy and Operations Manager (Fully Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Sales / Marketing Operations Manager to support Ping Identity's global SDR team.
This role is critical to ensuring efficiency, productivity, and scalability of the SDR function worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with SDR leaders to translate strategies into actionable plans and drive alignment across sales and marketing.
Build dashboards and reports in Salesforce, analyze KPIs, and provide recommendations on SDR productivity and pipeline creation.
Optimize the SDR tech stack (SFDC, Marketo, SalesLoft, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Chorus) and design processes for global consistency.

Qualifications:

5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations, preferably supporting SDR/BDR teams in SaaS.
Deep hands-on Salesforce experience and working knowledge of SalesLoft, 6sense, ZoomInfo, and Chorus.
Strong analytical skills, process design expertise, and excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration.
