Work Environment\n

As a therapist at our clinic, you will enjoy the flexibility of a remote work setting, which allows for optimal work-life balance while serving a diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood and relationship challenges.

• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals and preferences.

• Employ evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support effective healing and recovery.

• Education and support for clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment alternatives, and self-care practices to facilitate positive outcomes.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal care.

• Engage collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals for integrated treatment, ensuring comprehensive care for all clients.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest research related to mood disorders and therapeutic techniques to enhance clinical effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with individuals and families facing challenges related to relationship dynamics, including significant life transitions like divorce. Qualifications\n
