Project ManagerPosition Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage construction projects from start to finish.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.Strong knowledge of construction processes and methodologies.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, etc.) is a plus.Experience in commercial, industrial, or healthcare construction is preferred.Benefits- Competitive base + bonus- Full Medical, life insurance etc.- 401K with company match- PTO + Vacation + Sick time
