Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the laundromat. Troubleshooting minor machine issues or escalating them to the appropriate team member. Handling customer concerns or feedback with professionalism and care. What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
