Women's Health Physician Assistant Opportunity | Hesperia, California

Outpatient Women's Health | Monday-Friday Schedule | Supportive Team Environment

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant with Women's Health experience who is passionate about building meaningful patient relationships in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient practice - no hospital responsibilities
• Focus exclusively on women's health services
• Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends
• No in-clinic holiday coverage
• Shared phone call responsibilities (approximately one week per month)
• Supportive, team-based environment with strong clinical resources
• Opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients

Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive women's health evaluations and preventive care visits
• Conduct annual well-woman exams and health screenings
• Manage contraception counseling and family planning services
• Evaluate and treat common gynecologic conditions
• Provide prenatal and postpartum support as appropriate
• Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

Patient Volume

• Realistic daily schedule of 11-14 patients
• Gradual growth opportunities with a target of up to 25 patients per day

Qualifications

• Active California Physician Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior Women's Health experience strongly preferred
• Experience in OB/GYN, family medicine with a women's health focus, or related specialties welcomed
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Collaborative, patient-centered approach to care
