Your Role Awaits

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory analyses—encompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—in accordance with established guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy by thoroughly analyzing results, diagnosing issues, and performing necessary maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
• Support specimen collection and assist in the preparation of samples for testing.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all procedures, provide training for new staff or students, and aid in preserving the lab's quality standards.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness in the lab environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, plus preparations for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be earned within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout your employment.
