Description – What You'll Do

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests—encompassing fields such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology—adhering to precise protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy of results, diagnose issues, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration on lab instruments.
• Provide assistance in specimen collection and sample preparation, as needed.
• Keep thorough documentation of all procedures, mentor newer staff, and uphold the highest lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while meeting regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a relevant allied health degree, alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within the first year of employment.
• Maintain valid certification for the duration of your employment.
