Your Responsibilities The Heart of the Role

• Conduct a variety of clinical laboratory tests, including advanced procedures in areas like chemistry, hematology, and immunology, all while adhering to established protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy of test results through thorough analysis, troubleshooting errors, and performing necessary maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and properly prepare samples for testing as required.
• Document procedures meticulously, contribute to training new team members, and help maintain high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment while following all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certification Requirements

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of your start date.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment.
