Als Verkaufsberater Zweirad (m/w/d) bei uns im Fahrwerk bist du ein Teil eines dynamischen Teams in der Einzelhandelsbranche. Deine Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, unsere Kunden kompetent zu beraten. Du trägst maßgeblich zur Kundenzufriedenheit und zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens bei. Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden im Bereich Zweiräder. Verkauf von Fahrrädern, E-Bikes und Zubehör. Erstellung von maßgeschneiderten Angeboten für Privat- und Gewerbekunden rund um Finanzierung, Leasing und Versicherung - dafür wirst du selbstverständlich von uns geschult! Pflege und Präsentation der Verkaufsfläche. Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Verkaufsaktionen und Events. Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und -reklamationen. Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Einzelhandel oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Verkauf, idealerweise im Bereich Zweiräder. Begeisterung für das Produkt rundum Fahrrad. Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung. Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit. Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise. Bereitschaft, das eigene Fachwissen im Bereich Fahrrad und E-Mobilität stetig zu erweitern.
