Executive Director, Operations and Business Development

Entrepreneurial Leadership OpportunityThis is not a traditional maintenance-and-management leadership role. We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader who will take ownership of the organization's growth, financial performance, operational excellence, culture, and market presence. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable reviewing a financial dashboard, coaching a team member, meeting with a referral partner, developing a growth strategy and stepping into an operational challenge when needed.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, gerontology, management, or related field preferred.7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in homecare, senior living, healthcare services, or a related service industry.Demonstrated experience managing operations, budgets, staffing, and organizational performance.Demonstrated success in business development, revenue growth, client/member acquisition, or market expansion.Strong financial and business acumen, including the ability to understand and manage a P&L.Proven ability to recruit, develop, motivate, and hold teams accountable.Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.Ability to build relationships with referral sources, community partners, professionals, families, clients, and other stakeholders.Demonstrated experience leading organizational change and improving processes and performance.Comfortable operating independently in an environment where priorities may evolve and not every answer is already defined.All employees receive:Annual Increases and Resident Appreciation ChecksPayActiv Program!
