Shift Manager

Responsibilities Lead each shift, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during the shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a great shift. Help departments meet their goals and meet targets during your shift. Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. Must be 18 years or older.
