As a Law Clerk, you will provide support to our attorneys by conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in gaining practical experience in the legal field. Duties Conduct legal research using various resources to support attorneys in case preparation Draft and review legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements Assist with case management by organizing and maintaining case files and documents Attend client meetings to observe and assist attorneys Collaborate with attorneys to analyze and summarize legal documents Assist in the preparation of trial materials, exhibits, and other relevant documents Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and answering phone calls Experience Must have previous experience as a Law Clerk, be a certified Paralegal, or be a current Law student in an accredited program Strong knowledge of legal research methods and resources Proficiency in legal drafting and writing skills Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide concise summaries Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Requirements Valid CA Driver’s License and ability to drive required Need experience in the legal field Accepting students in an accredited law school Proficiency in using legal research tools preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work Excellent written and verbal communication skills This is a position that offers valuable hands-on experience in a professional legal environment.
