About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Technology & Digital Strategy to serve as its senior technology executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the organization's technology, digital operations, cybersecurity, data, AI, enterprise applications, and digital platforms. This role is pivotal in creating and executing a comprehensive technology vision that aligns with the company's mission, enhances operational excellence, and drives innovation. The ideal candidate will have a builder's mindset, be mission-driven, and have a proven track record in developing and implementing enterprise technology strategies. Key responsibilities include leading a multidisciplinary team, overseeing IT operations, and ensuring the security and resilience of the organization's technology infrastructure. Candidates for the Vice President, Technology & Digital Strategy position at the company should have at least 12 years of progressive leadership experience in technology and related disciplines. The role requires a strong background in cybersecurity, technology governance, and experience with AI-enabled solutions. The VP will be expected to have a deep understanding of digital platforms, enterprise applications, and major technology implementations. Experience in financial management of technology, vendor strategy, and a proven ability to influence and collaborate across teams are essential. The role demands an individual with executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a mission-driven, evolving environment. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred, and a deep alignment with the company's mission and values is a must.
