Transportation Coordinator

Responsibilities Position Responsibilities: * Utilize transportation management system to create and update load diagrams that promote operational efficiency and ensure safety standards are met * Gather and prepare data for various operational reports. Perform data entry tasks contributing to accurate and timely reporting * Assist in processing orders, creating, reconciling delivery documents, and tracking service performance to ensure timely and accurate service delivery * Timely completion of Plan Stops/No Actual (PSNAs) to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation * Daily execution of Unassigned Vehicle Activity (UVA) tasks in XRS to track and manage vehicle assignments effectively * Conduct daily camera review processes, ensuring compliance and operational integrity * Other projects or duties as assigned Qualifications Required Education and Experience: * High School Diploma or General Education Diploma with 3 plus years of related experience Essential Information for Our Employees At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
