Senior Benefits Strategy Manager

The Senior Benefits Manager at LKQ Corporation will lead the design, administration, and continual improvement of our employee benefits programs across the enterprise. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage vendors, analyze costs and usage data, and communicate options clearly to employees.
