In this role, you'll help individuals and families understand their insurance needs, explore their options, and make informed decisions about protecting what matters most.

No prior insurance experience or active license is required to apply. You'll need to obtain the required insurance license before hire, and you can build your industry knowledge as you develop in the role.

This is a fully remote opportunity with flexibility in where you work, provided you can obtain the appropriate license to serve clients in Kansas and/or Missouri.

What You'll Do

Help People Make Confident Decisions

• Connect with individuals and families to understand their needs, priorities, and goals.
• Explain insurance products and coverage options in a clear, approachable way.
• Help clients evaluate their options and identify solutions suited to their circumstances.
• Build trust through thoughtful conversations, education, and personalized guidance.

Build Meaningful Relationships

• Develop new client relationships through referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Maintain relationships through consistent follow-up and ongoing policy reviews.
• Guide clients through the application process and help them understand the next steps.
• Provide a positive, supportive experience from the first conversation forward.

Learn, Grow, and Succeed

• Participate in training and mentorship to develop your insurance knowledge and client service skills.
• Learn effective sales strategies and best practices for building lasting relationships.
• Manage your activities, follow-ups, and goals with consistency and accountability.
• Continue developing your skills and earning potential as you gain experience.

Compensation & Earning Potential

• First-year earning potential: approximately $40,000–$80,000.
• 100% commission-based compensation: Earnings are tied to your sales and performance, with no guaranteed base salary.
• Uncapped income potential: Your earning opportunities can increase as your experience, skills, and results grow.
• Long-term growth: Earnings are expected to increase significantly over time for successful, consistent producers.
• Training and mentorship: Develop the knowledge and skills needed to grow in the insurance industry.

Actual earnings vary based on individual performance, and income is not guaranteed.

Remote Flexibility & Licensing

• Work remotely with flexibility in where you work.
• Must be able to obtain the appropriate insurance license to serve clients in Kansas and/or Missouri.
• An active insurance license is not required to apply, but licensing must be completed before hire.
