Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each patient’s specific needs and challenges.

• Developing tailored treatment plans that incorporate solution-based interventions and reflect established best practices.

• Providing individual psychotherapy utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulations to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and enhance patient outcomes.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to uphold the quality of services we provide.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, available treatments, and community resources, empowering them with knowledge and support.

• Staying current with the latest research and developments in the field to continually integrate new findings into your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing substance use disorders, mental health challenges, trauma, and life transitions. Your expertise will enable you to meet the unique needs of each patient, ensuring they receive personalized care that fosters healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

To join our team, you should meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy, particularly in settings that focus on mental health and recovery.

• Proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic techniques; familiarity with CBT and DBT is highly desirable.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively in a team setting.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to navigate complex client situations.

• A proven track record of working effectively with multidisciplinary teams, promoting a culture of support and collaboration.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in detox or substance abuse recovery settings, as well as familiarity with telehealth platforms, will be given preference. Additional certifications in therapeutic modalities are also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
