Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift - Keep Our Operations Running Strong

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on CNC machines, conventional tool lathes, mills, grinders, and other equipment.

• Perform general facility maintenance (changing light bulbs, repairing/painting walls, light plumbing, etc.).

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair up to 480-volt branch circuits (plugs, receptacles, switches, etc.).

• Troubleshoot electrical control wiring on machine tool lathes, mills, grinders, ovens, and more.

• Follow all company safety policies and practices.

• Take on other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (or equivalent education/experience).

• Motivated self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team.

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft programs.

• Ability to read and follow machine schematics.

• Strong communication skills.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Preferred Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Welding experience.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 70 pounds.

• Climb ladders and work at heights.

• Operate forklifts and other lifts.

• Stand for 4+ hours a day.

• Work around chemicals using proper PPE.
