C&J Automotive Service Managers are essential team members as the face of the shop and the clients' main point of contact throughout the repair/maintenance process. We service our clients with honesty and integrity, working as a partner to advise clients, build a long-standing relationship and always provide a 5-star experience. We employ highly skilled service technicians and continue to provide ongoing training to stay on top of the latest in the automotive world.Job Duties:Team Leader.Responsible for shop goals.Shop Morale.Greet clients and maintain showroom.Schedule appointments.Main point of contact for client, relaying diagnosis, recommendations, etc.Work as a team to ensure all clients are taken care of.Receiving/ordering/posting parts.Review digital inspections.Requirements:Automotive experience.Detail oriented.Valid driver’s license.Sales experience.Organized.Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset.Ability to work in fast-paced environment with a customer satisfaction focus.Have strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.Manage client experience from beginning to end.Benefits:C&J Automotive has grown immensely because we understand that our employees are our greatest asset.
