Collection Representative

To support the revenue cycle team, the full-time remote Collection Representative will manage follow-ups on assigned accounts, contact patients and third parties for payment resolution, and maintain effective relationships to address account issues. Key responsibilities Conduct follow-ups on assigned accounts to ensure timely payment and resolution Communicate with patients, employers, and insurance companies to expedite payments Document account details and resolve inquiries related to billing and collection processes Required qualifications High School Graduate Typically requires 2 years of experience in insurance processing, collections, or customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of medical insurance billing and legal processes Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
