Work Environment Our facility is exceptionally clean and safe, equipped with various machinery including presses and CNC mills. While the welding area can get hot due to proximity to warehouse doors, overall, it is a pleasant work environment. We take pride in maintaining a tidy workspace for our employees. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on Structural Steel up to 2 inches thick. Work collaboratively with other welders and other departments as needed. Read and interpret blueprints for fabrication processes. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Ensure quality standards are met in all welding tasks. Essential Skills 3+ years of experience in MIG welding. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Strong understanding of working with Structural Steel. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with fabrication processes. Great work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gahanna, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
