Physical Therapist Outpatient Ortho Timetable: 40hours/week within office hours of Mo-Thu 7 to 7, Fri 7 to 3. Experience: Prefer 2+ years in outpatient. May consider new grads. Education: Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from accredited college. License: Current Physical Therapist license in Maryland. Computer: We use WebPT. About the Employer Private well‑established outpatient physical therapy clinic serving Kensington, MD, and northern Washington, DC. About the Position Leading private Physical Therapy practice is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Kensington, MD. We prefer a candidate with 2+ years experience and a certification or interest in manual therapy and orthopedics. Experience or interest in vestibular and neurological interventions is a plus. Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy services within the legal and ethical guidelines of the Maryland State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. Treat a wide variety of orthopedic sprains and surgeries, sports injuries, work‑related ergonomic disorders, vestibular and neurological disorders, and other conditions. Use manual therapy, trigger point dry needling, therapeutic exercise, therapeutic activity, myofascial release, modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, mechanical traction, and other interventions. Maintain accurate documentation and manage patient flow of 10–15 patients per day in a 4000 sq ft facility. Qualifications: Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy; current Maryland PT license. 2+ years outpatient PT experience. Manual therapy and/or dry‑needling certification preferred. Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work with diverse personalities. Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
