Benefits offered: Medical Dental and Vision available Simple IRA with 3% match $2000/year CE allowance Paid time off Disability insurance Life insurance $2000 Sign‑On bonus About the Position Leading private Physical Therapy practice is seeking a Physical Therapist to add to our team in Kensington, MD. We are looking for a preferably 2+ years experienced therapist with an interest or certification in manual therapy and orthopedics. If you also have experience and interest in vestibular and neurological interventions, that will be a plus. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services within the legal and ethical guidelines of the Maryland State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. Manage patients with a variety of orthopedic sprains and surgeries, sports injuries, work‑related ergonomic disorders, and more. Offer comprehensive treatments including manual therapy, trigger point dry needling, therapeutic exercise, modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, mechanical traction, and others. Serve about 10–15 patients per day and collaborate with a team of 3 PTs, 3 techs, and 3 office staff in a 4000 sq ft facility. Qualifications and Skills Manual therapy and dry needling certification preferred. Proven work experience as a physical therapist. Intensive education and clinical expertise. Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities. Current knowledge of treatment practices. Drive to continually learn and grow. Professional behaviour. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
